Job summary

ICİçtaş Construction in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Planning & Reporting Manager to lead planning, scheduling, and reporting for a major road project. The role requires developing comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 and coordinating cross‑functional teams to align with milestones.

You will monitor progress with data analytics, prepare monthly and weekly reports for stakeholders, manage baselines and revisions, and drive risk mitigation to ensure on‑time

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in infrastructure projects (bridges, roads, highways).
• Minimum 5+ years as Planning & Reporting Manager overseeing schedules and reporting.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules for roads and bridges, utilizing Primavera P6 to create baseline schedules that ensure all tasks are tracked and milestones are achieved.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and translate them into actionable plans that align with organizational goals and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, using Primavera P6 and other data analysis tools to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to baseline or revised schedules.
• Preparation of detailed monthly, weekly, and daily reports for stakeholders, highlighting project status, resource allocation, and potential risks to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review progress, address challenges, and adjust recovery schedules as necessary to meet project objectives.
• Lead the risk management process by identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum5+ years of proven experience as a Planning & Reporting Manager,managing project schedules, progress tracking, and reporting onlarge-scale infrastructure works.
• Excellentcommand of English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Proficiencyin Primavera P6 and MS Office Suite.
