Job description

Senior Reporting Manager – Visualization

Location: Tabuk, Saudi Arabia

Industry: Construction | Function: Project‑Program Management | Experience: Minimum 10 years | Job Type: Full‑time | Gender: Any | Candidate Nationality: Any

Overview

Senior Reporting Manager – Visualization in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia is a senior construction opportunity focused on converting complex infrastructure performance data into clear dashboards, visual reports, and executive‑level presentations. Parsons Corporation is hiring a reporting professional with strong data visualization, graphic design, and PMO reporting expertise to support leadership decisions across major engineering and construction projects. Salary: 28,000–40,000 (estimated range; final offer to be confirmed with the employer).

Context

The Senior Reporting Manager will shape how project performance is communicated to senior leadership, client representatives, and delivery teams. The position combines analytical reporting with visual communication, ensuring that schedules, financial indicators, progress measurements, risks, and key performance metrics are presented in an intuitive and decision‑ready format. Rather than relying on dense data tables, the manager will create structured visual narratives that highlight trends, exceptions, emerging concerns, and required management actions. This work will improve reporting clarity, strengthen stakeholder confidence, and support faster decision‑making across complex infrastructure programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation and issue of monthly, quarterly, weekly, and ad‑hoc project performance reports.
  • Transform raw engineering, construction, schedule, financial, and operational data into concise visual narratives.
  • Develop executive dashboards that track KPIs, physical progress, schedule performance, cost status, and delivery risks.
  • Create high‑quality charts, infographics, presentations, report covers, layouts, and management summaries.
  • Define visual‑reporting standards covering typography, page hierarchy, graphic consistency, branding, and readability.
  • Coordinate with Project Directors, PMO teams, planners, cost managers, construction managers, and data analysts to obtain accurate reporting inputs.
  • Check the consistency of written commentary, charts, dashboards, source data, and supporting project records.
  • Convert Primavera P6 schedule information and project controls data into accessible executive reporting.
  • Use Power BI, Tableau, or comparable business intelligence platforms to improve dashboard interactivity and reporting efficiency.
  • Apply Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign capabilities to produce polished corporate reports and presentations.
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, weak narratives, or misleading data displays before reports are issued.
  • Develop executive summaries explaining project achievements, performance variances, key concerns, and recommended actions.
  • Maintain reporting calendars, approval workflows, version controls, and document‑review schedules.
  • Ensure all visual and written outputs comply with Parsons Corporation standards and client communication requirements.
  • Present project trends and reporting insights to senior management and client stakeholders when required.
  • Mentor reporting coordinators, junior designers, and data analysts in visual storytelling and report‑production practices.
  • Improve templates, reporting workflows, dashboard structures, and recurring data‑visualization processes.
  • Support senior progress meetings, governance reviews, client presentations, and performance workshops.
  • Protect confidential commercial, technical, financial, and project information throughout the reporting lifecycle.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Design, Graphic Design, Communications, or a closely related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in project reporting, PMO controls, corporate communications, or visual performance reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting major infrastructure, construction, or large development programs.
  • Strong background in data visualization, graphic design, executive reporting, and visual storytelling.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe InDesign, or equivalent professional design applications.
  • Practical experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboard and business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Primavera P6 integration and project controls reporting environments.
  • Sound understanding of KPIs, schedule progress, cost performance, financial health, trends, and project risks.
  • Ability to simplify complex engineering and financial information for executive audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong editorial judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to visual and data accuracy.
  • Experience supervising reporting specialists, designers, coordinators, or data analysts.
