The Presentation Design Specialist will provide visual communication support to the Program Controls Director and Reporting Manager, ensuring complex program information is converted into polished, structured, and decision-ready materials. The position combines presentation design, executive reporting, document production, data visualization, brand governance, and quality control. High-quality output from this role will help senior stakeholders understand program performance, milestones, risks, priorities, and project outcomes more quickly and consistently.
The role requires a Bachelor 's Degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Visual Arts, or a related discipline, although substantial equivalent professional experience may also be considered. Candidates should have approximately 12 to 15 years of experience in presentation design, document formatting, executive communications, visual reporting, or a closely related role. Experience within project management, construction, engineering, consulting, or another corporate environment is preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is essential, together with strong capability across Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. The successful candidate must also be comfortable developing executive-level dashboards and using Power BI to create effective data visualizations. A strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, information design, and presentation storytelling is required. Candidates should be able to work with complex source material, identify the most important messages, and organize information in a way that is visually engaging without sacrificing accuracy.
