Key Responsibilities

• Interpret reporting, communication, and presentation requirements and develop creative concepts that support project objectives.
• Translate technical, engineering, project controls, and construction information into clear, engaging, and visually effective deliverables.
• Develop layouts, graphics, typography, visual elements, icons, charts, infographics, and design systems for project documentation.
• Produce graphic design, desktop publishing, and visual communication materials including reports, presentations, templates, brochures, flyers, dashboards, and stakeholder documents.
• Create still graphics and animated graphics to support project controls reporting, executive presentations, communications, and digital reporting tools.
• Prepare files for production and coordinate printing, file transfers, plotting, cutting, lamination, binding, and publication requirements.
• Use industry‑standard design software to create original graphics, illustrations, layouts, and visual content.
• Support development, proofreading, editing, formatting, and quality checking of technical reports and presentations.
• Provide graphic design support to multidisciplinary engineering, construction, project controls, and management teams.
• Assist in maintaining and improving online reporting dashboards, digital reporting tools, visual templates, and project communication assets.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for graphic production, printing, publication, and external vendor requirements.
• Manage coordination with external vendors including printing companies, photography providers, multimedia suppliers, and creative service partners.
• Ensure all design deliverables follow project branding, client presentation standards, accuracy requirements, visual quality expectations, and formatting guidelines.
• Review text, layout, colors, graphics, charts, tables, alignment, typography, and page structure to identify inconsistencies before submission.
• Support executive reporting packs, stakeholder presentations, progress dashboards, and project communication materials under tight deadlines.
• Maintain organized design files, source documents, templates, version records, and final production outputs for project use.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting visuals, document templates, presentation standards, and digital communication workflows.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Graphic Design, Architecture, Art, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Saudi National candidate required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, desktop publishing, reporting design, or creative design roles.
• Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing, technically accurate, easy‑to‑read documents and professional presentations.
• Extensive experience in report design, document formatting, executive reporting, and production workflows.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies in text, colors, formatting, layout, graphics, and presentation structure.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Access.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience with additional tools such as CorelDRAW, Dreamweaver, 3D animation software, video editing platforms, motion graphics tools, or other digital content creation software.
• Experience developing visual materials for construction, infrastructure, engineering, architecture, transportation, or property development projects.
• Experience supporting project controls, dashboard development, executive reporting, and stakeholder communication is preferred.
• Knowledge of branding, digital communications, multimedia design, motion graphics, and production standards is advantageous.
• Experience managing external creative vendors, print production, and publication workflows is preferred.
• Strong written, editing, proofreading, coordination, and communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work within tight deadlines.
• Organized, creative, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams in a fast‑paced project environment.
