Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects in Saudi Arabia. You will drive execution plans, schedules, and budgets while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and external partners.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and deep knowledge of renewable energy development, grid interconnection, and regulatory standards. Saudi GCC experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or related discipline.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Master's degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead Solar PV and BESS projects from initiation through development.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and specialist consultants.
• Manage project communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with client requirements and Worley standards.
