Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel specializing in regulatory and employee advisory. The role focuses on providing expert guidance on regulatory compliance and employment matters to ensure adherence to local and international labor laws.

Key responsibilities include advising on labor regulations, drafting employment contracts, resolving complex employee relations issues, and staying current with regulatory developments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in regulatory and employment law in corporate or in-house settings.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills in employment matters.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice on labor laws, employment regulations, and regulatory requirements affecting the company's operations
• Draft, review, and advise on employment contracts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws
• Support management in resolving complex employee relations issues, disputes, and disciplinary matters
• Stay abreast of legal developments in labor and employment law and assess their impact on the company
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure legal risks are managed effectively across employee lifecycle processes
• Represent the company in regulatory matters related to employment and liaise with governmental authorities as required
• Conduct training and workshops for management and employees to raise awareness on regulatory compliance and employment best practices
