Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks an experienced Senior Legal Counsel specializing in Regulatory and Employee Advisory to join our in-house legal team in Riyadh. The role focuses on regulatory compliance and employment matters, ensuring alignment with local laws and best HR practices.

You will provide strategic guidance, draft and review contracts and policies, and mentor junior staff while liaising with government authorities as required.

Qualifications

• Legal qualification with admission to practice law.
• At least 12 years’ regulatory and employment law experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice on labor laws, employment regulations, and regulatory requirements.
• Draft, review, and advise on employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
• Support management in resolving employee relations issues and disciplinary matters.
• Represent the company in regulatory matters and liaise with authorities.
• Conduct trainings on regulatory compliance and employment best practices.
