The role requires 8+ years in regulatory and employment law within corporate or in-house settings, with strong drafting, negotiation, and people leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in regulatory and employment law.
• Experience in corporate or in-house legal environment.
• Strong drafting and advisory skills in employment and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice on labor laws and regulatory requirements affecting the company's operations.
• Draft, review, and advise on employment contracts, policies, and procedures for compliance with laws.
• Support management in resolving complex employee relations issues, disputes, and disciplinary matters.
• Stay abreast of developments in labor and employment law and assess their impact.
• Collaborate with HR to manage legal risks across employee lifecycle processes.
• Represent the company in regulatory matters related to employment and liaise with authorities.
• Conduct training and workshops on regulatory compliance and employment best practices.
• Mentor junior legal staff and promote legal excellence within the team.
