Qualifications

• 12+ years of regulatory and employment law experience.
• Corporate or in-house legal environment experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance.
• Strong drafting and advisory skills in employment matters.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice on labor and regulatory requirements.
• Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Support management in employee relations and disciplinary matters.
• Stay updated on labor and employment law developments and assess impact.
• Collaborate with HR to manage legal risks across lifecycle processes.
• Represent the company in regulatory matters with authorities.
• Conduct trainings for management and employees on compliance best practices.
• Mentor junior legal staff and promote a culture of legal excellence.
