Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Policy, Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience.
• Experience leading corporate investigations and compliance assessments including document review, interviews and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Strong report writing, analytical, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead policy management activities to ensure alignment with laws, regulations, and internal standards.
• Provide proactive advisory support to business units for consistent policy interpretation and implementation.
• Conduct periodic policy reviews and recommend enhancements based on regulatory updates and investigations.
• Monitor, test, and report on adherence to internal policies and compliance requirements across the organization.
• Identify compliance gaps and support corrective action planning and continuous improvement.
• Provide advisory guidance to employees and management on compliance matters and policy application.
• Lead fair, timely investigations into misconduct and compliance concerns.
• Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and metrics related to investigations and policy compliance.
• Escalate significant risks and control weaknesses to management.
