Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience (at least 3 years) in managing teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the operations strategy, operating model, annual plans and service standards across the real estate portfolio.
Oversee day-to-day property, asset management and facilities operations, including hard, soft and special contracts services; ensure effective asset handover and readiness for new/refurbished properties.
Set and monitor tenant and customer experience standards; establish feedback and service-recovery mechanisms; track complaints and satisfaction trends.
