Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in real estate investment, business development, asset management or related commercial functions.
• Experience in market and investment analysis, feasibility, business and financial modeling, deal structuring, negotiations, due diligence, partnerships, portfolio strategy and senior stakeholder management.

• Develop and lead investment and business development strategy; identify opportunities in land, assets, development, and partnerships.
• Lead market studies, feasibility analyses, investment cases, and risk assessments in coordination with Finance.
• Originate and structure acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and other growth opportunities; manage negotiations and due diligence.
• Review asset performance and value-creation opportunities; recommend hold, reposition, develop, partner, lease or exit strategies.
• Establish governance, pipeline reporting, due diligence standards, and present to senior leadership; coach the team.

A reputable real estate company based in Jeddah, engaged in real estate investment, development, property management, and asset enhancement. The company is focused on driving sustainable growth, maximizing asset value, and delivering high-quality real estate solutions across its portfolio

To lead the investment and business development function by identifying, evaluating and executing real estate investment and growth opportunities that strengthen the company's portfolio and long-term returns. The role drives market and opportunity assessment, feasibility and investment cases, strategic partnerships, deal structuring, and transaction execution, while ensuring disciplined governance, risk management, and alignment with the company's business strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute investment and business development strategy; identify and prioritize land, asset, development, and partnership opportunities; maintain a qualified opportunity pipeline aligned with company growth priorities and target sectors.

• Lead market studies, highest-and-best-use assessments, feasibility analysis and investment business cases; assess commercial assumptions, development scenarios, capital requirements, returns, sensitivities and key risks in coordination with Finance and relevant functions.

• Originate, structure and progress acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances and other growth opportunities; lead commercial negotiations, term-sheet development, due diligence coordination, internal approvals and transaction closing with partners and counterparties.

• Review asset and portfolio performance, market positioning and value-creation opportunities; recommend hold, reposition, develop, partner, lease or exit strategies; work with Asset Management, Development and other functions to enhance returns and long-term asset value.

• Establish investment governance, pipeline reporting, due diligence standards, and decision-support materials; present recommendations to senior leadership; and lead, coach, and develop the investment and business development team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate, Law or a related discipline. Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field is an advantage.

• Senior leadership experience in real estate investment, business development, asset management or related commercial functions within complex, asset-intensive organizations. Demonstrated experience in market and investment analysis, feasibility, business and financial modeling, deal structuring, negotiations, due diligence, partnerships, portfolio strategy and senior stakeholder management. Exposure to large-scale real estate developments and investment transactions is preferred.

• Professional investment, finance or real estate certification (e.g., CFA, CMA, RICS or equivalent) is an advantage. Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
