Seerah in Jeddah seeks an experienced Corporate Manager Operations to oversee facility maintenance operations, manpower services, and the sales and commercial team.

You will lead a growing operations portfolio, drive bidding and tendering, and coordinate with clients to ensure service quality and compliance. This leadership role reports directly to the CEO and offers significant opportunities to shape large-scale facility management projects.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in facility maintenance and manpower services.
• Strong experience in sales supervision, quotation preparation, and bidding processes.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
