Job summary

Flow is seeking a Senior Analyst Real Estate to support origination underwriting, structuring and execution of third-party management agreements and acquisitions across multifamily and hospitality-led opportunities.

You will build and maintain financial models, underwrite assets, assess operating metrics, and negotiate management agreements, coordinating due diligence with internal teams and external partners to drive value for Flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate, hospitality, development, investment, strategy, or related roles.
• Strong financial analysis and underwriting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, particularly in building complex financial models.
• Knowledge of NOI, margins, occupancy, ADR/rental rates, RevPAR where relevant.
• Experience evaluating, structuring, or negotiating management agreements or brand/flag arrangements.
• Experience in multifamily, hospitality, serviced apartments, branded residences, or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for prospective management agreements and Flow-level economics.
• Underwrite assets and owner partnerships for fit, viability and value creation.
• Assess supply and demand, pricing, and competitive positioning; translate findings into recommendations.
• Support structuring and negotiation of management agreements and brand standards.
• Prepare deal summaries, analyses and memos for senior management.
• Coordinate diligence with internal teams, owners, advisors and counterparties.
• Track pipeline and review deals against underwriting to improve assumptions.
