AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Railway Systems and RAMS Engineer to lead safety‑critical design across design, construction, testing and commissioning of a multi‑disciplinary Transportation project. You will coordinate with O&M, contractors, consultants and authorities to ensure safe, reliable operation of signalling, telecoms, PSDs and PI interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field with railway signalling experience.
• 12+ years in railway signalling, telecoms or PSD systems.
• Membership in a recognized engineering institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review contractor proposals for compliance and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with O&M and Contractors to maintain safety and continuous operation.
• Lead RAMS activities across design, construction, testing, and readiness.
• Ensure operational readiness and maintainability reviews with stakeholders.
• Coordinate PSDs integration with PI, Wayfinding, signalling, and control systems.
• Review maintenance strategies and spare parts planning.
• Participate in testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Provide technical guidance to multidisciplinary teams.
