Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Operations and Maintenance Manager in Riyadh to lead RAMS activities and ensure operational readiness. You will coordinate with operators and maintainers to optimize asset performance and integrate operational requirements into engineering.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years' experience in railway operations, maintenance, or RAMS management.
• Strong understanding of RAMS methodologies and systems assurance principles.
• Experience supporting commissioning and operational transition activities.

• Lead RAMS activities across design, construction, testing, and operational readiness stages.
• Review reliability, maintainability, availability, and safety analyses for operational assets.
• Coordinate operational readiness and maintainability reviews with operators and maintainers.
