Job summary

Atkins Realis Group in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Operations and Maintenance Manager to lead RAMS activities and support asset operation throughout the programme lifecycle. The role demands a strong background in railway operations and maintenance, with a focus on engineering integration and operational readiness.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of relevant experience and a degree in Engineering or a related field. Familiarity with RAMS methodologies and international railway safety standards is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years experience in railway operations, maintenance, or RAMS management.
• Strong understanding of RAMS methodologies and systems assurance principles.
• Experience supporting commissioning and operational transition activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead RAMS activities across design, construction, testing and operational readiness stages.
• Review reliability, maintainability, availability and safety analyses for operational assets.
• Coordinate operational readiness and maintainability reviews with operators and maintainers.
