Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Maintenance Site Manager for the Makkah–Madinah High-Speed Railway in Saudi Arabia. The role leads a 24/7 maintenance team across designated centres to ensure signalling system safety, reliability and performance, meeting contractual KPIs and maintenance requirements.

The position requires a Bachelor's in a relevant engineering field, fluency in English and Arabic, and Saudi employment eligibility. Travel between project sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical/engineering discipline.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, written and spoken.
• Saudi employment eligibility or valid Saudi Iqama.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and coordinate a 24/7 maintenance team across the Makkah–Madinah railway maintenance centres.
• Ensure KPI targets for system availability, incident response and repair times are met.
• Coordinate incident response, fault investigation and restoration activities safely and efficiently.
• Monitor signalling and related systems and coordinate with Siemens teams and project stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement to increase reliability, availability and maintenance efficiency.
• Supervise trackside maintenance, manage spare parts, tools and logistics, and approve maintenance schedules.
