Job summary

Proger is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its Riyadh, Saudi Arabia branch. The role focuses on cost management, quantity surveying, budgeting, and commercial reporting for large-scale projects.

You will support senior management with program budgets and contract documentation, ensuring compliance with client expectations. The ideal candidate holds a civil or architectural engineering degree, 7+ years in commercial roles, and is fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or architecture engineering required.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) mandatory; Arabic desirable.
• 7+ years of experience in commercial roles on large projects; experience in KSA preferred.
• Experience in cost management and quantity surveying in large-scale developments.

Responsibilities

• Interpret obligations and liabilities and provide commercial advice.
• Prepare budgets, cost estimates, tender documents, and cost control systems.
• Manage project costs, invoices, and valuations; monitor cash flow and variations.
• Lead procurement and tendering activities; engage with suppliers and contractors.
• Ensure quality and safety compliance; coordinate with engineers and stakeholders.
