Job summary

JASARA PMC in Saudi Arabia is seeking a senior Quantity Surveyor to provide support to delivery teams on project cost control, measurement, pricing and QS services.

You will review cost submissions, assess value engineering proposals and escalate technical QS issues, ensuring compliance with international practice. A relevant degree and 5+ years in E&C are required to join a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Quality Surveying, Engineering, or Construction.
• 5+ years of quantity surveying experience in Engineering & Construction.
• Experience with cost control and value engineering would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to delivery teams at project level in quantity surveying (measurement, pricing).
• Provide quantity surveying services in accordance with standards and international industry practice.
• Escalate technical related quantity surveying issues.
• Review cost related submissions from the PMC and outsourced consultants.
• Review costing of value engineering proposals.
