JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to fortify our project teams with expert financial planning and cost management for construction projects. You will drive accuracy in cost estimates, tender documents, and budget forecasting while ensuring contractual discipline across sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
10+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction.
MRICS would be advantageous.
Strong understanding of construction costs, procurement strategies, and relevant regulations.
Excellent analytical abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
Effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using quantity surveying and project management software.

Responsabilités

Oversee quantity surveying across project stages, managing financial and contractual aspects.
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents with accuracy and compliance.
Lead cost control through regular budget reviews and forecasts.
Collaborate with project managers to report on costs and financial performance.
Negotiate contracts and manage variations; document changes and capture costs.
Conduct site evaluations and progress assessments to validate work against budget.
Mentor junior quantity surveyors and share knowledge.
