Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial and cost management oversight throughout the project lifecycle in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on cost estimation, budgeting, forecasting, procurement strategy, and contract administration to align design development, procurement, construction progress, and approved budgets.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of quantity surveying experience, a relevant degree, and familiarity with Saudi standards and RTA projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, cost management, or commercial roles.
• Experience supporting RTA/Middle East projects and familiarity with Saudi standards is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of measurement, procurement, contract administration, and cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial and cost management oversight through the project lifecycle.
• Prepare detailed quantities, estimates, budgets, and cost plans.
• Maintain forecasts and monitor expenditure against budgets.
• Review design information for cost implications and commercial exposure.
• Support tendering, procurement, contract administration, and variation management.
