Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with at least ten years in cost engineering or project cost management.
• Experience with design and construction projects for urban infrastructure.
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera or SAP.
• Professional cost engineering certification.
• Familiarity with Saudi or wider Middle East business practice.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed cost estimates and budgets using standard estimating practices.
• Analyse project costs, variances and keep work within budget.
• Review vendor quotations, contracts and invoices; maintain cost models.
• Mentor junior cost engineers and report financial performance to stakeholders.
