Job summary

C-QUEST International, a KEO Allied Practice in Riyadh, invites applications for a Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will lead pre-contract measurement, cost planning, and commercial activities across multiple projects, coordinating with managers and cost controllers to safeguard budget integrity.

The role requires 10–15 years in consultancy, MRICS or equivalent, plus strong skills in MS Project, Revit, and MS Office, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying from a globally recognised university and chartered status (MRICS or equivalent).
• 10–15 years of career experience in a consultancy environment.
• Excellent and effective presentations skills at all levels.
• Ability to implement commercial/contractual matters within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Ability to analyze project variations and changes, prepare project reports and budget adjustments.
• Delivery of budgets and pre-contract tender documents.
• Knowledge of Standard Method of Measurement of construction works.
• Strong proficiency in MS Project and Revit; advanced MS Office skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Representing the Firm in dealings with relevant parties and managing pre‑contract, measurement and cost planning.
• Communicating with the Manager CQS and senior cost controllers on project status and progress.
• Reviewing and approving interim payments, variations and other financial matters.
• Maintaining communication with project managers, directors, contractors and client representatives.
• Overseeing financial and contractual aspects and ensuring contract terms are followed.
• Providing support to senior management on commercial/contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle.
• Chairing commercial meetings and distributing minutes.
• Ensuring complete and accurate cost and quantity records.
• Assessing and advising on cost impacts of design changes.
