Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a senior Quality Compliance leader to oversee the management and implementation of quality controls, regulatory requirements and enterprise-wide governance across Development initiatives.

You will coordinate with risk, compliance, legal and business units to close evidence gaps, drive certification readiness, and ensure traceable, auditable records supporting quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Professional certifications or memberships with recognized quality, audit, compliance, certification, construction, engineering or project management institutes are preferred.
• A minimum of 14 years of experience in quality compliance, quality management, certification readiness, quality assurance, audit, construction quality or related fields, including managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain quality compliance frameworks, regulatory alignment and QMS requirements across Development.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Risk, Compliance, Legal and business units to address gaps and clarify ownership.
• Lead certification readiness activities, document evidence, and track corrective actions for ISO or equivalent standards.
• Consolidate compliance findings and provide reporting, trends analysis and actionable improvements.
