Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company 1 is seeking a Senior Manager - Procurement Compliance Audit to lead the planning, execution, and reporting of procurement audits in alignment with policies, regulations, and risk standards.

You will identify gaps, drive corrective actions, and collaborate with procurement, finance, legal, and governance teams to strengthen compliance and transparency across the procurement function.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in procurement compliance or internal audit.
• Bachelor’s degree; professional certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian procurement regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience conducting procurement or operational audits in complex organizations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct procurement compliance audits.
• Identify compliance gaps, risks, and process inefficiencies.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings with actionable recommendations.
• Monitor implementation of corrective actions and track improvements.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with local regulations and company policies.
• Develop and maintain procurement compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, legal, and governance teams.
• Contribute to policy updates and compliance training initiatives.
