Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) in Saudi Arabia seeks a senior quality and compliance professional to manage regulatory alignment and certification readiness within its Development function.

The role requires deep understanding of QMS, ISO standards, and related governance, with a focus on ensuring timely action on compliance risks and evidence-based readiness for external certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred in similar fields.
• Professional certifications or memberships with recognized quality, audit, compliance, certification, construction, engineering or project management institutes (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer, CQI/IRCA, ASQ, PMI, RICS, SCE) are preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage quality compliance activities by reviewing applicable quality-related regulatory requirements, Saudi building requirements, QMS expectations and internal governance requirements.
• Review compliance matrices, obligation trackers, regulatory inputs, quality procedures and stakeholder submissions to identify gaps and clarify ownership.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Risk, Compliance, Legal, business units and Development stakeholders to align quality requirements with enterprise frameworks.
• Ensure quality compliance tracking provides clear visibility of obligations, control expectations and implementation gaps.
