Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Assurance Director to oversee and elevate quality management systems across our Entertainment projects, setting strategic QA plans and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

You will lead the QA team, establish metrics, audits, and compliance frameworks, and report to senior management on performance, risks, and continuous improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years of quality assurance experience, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record in quality management systems for large projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies across projects and operations.
• Lead the QA team and foster a culture of quality excellence.
• Establish quality metrics, audits, and performance indicators.
• Develop and own the annual assurance program.
• Maintain a Compliance Framework across the unit and projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and external partners to embed quality objectives.
• Conduct audits to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare reports for senior management on quality performance and recommendations.
