Job summary

Jazera Arabia Contracting seeks an experienced QHSE Manager to lead quality, health, safety and environmental programs across our construction sites and offices. The role combines on-site oversight with strategic policy development to drive compliant operations.

You will implement ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 frameworks, conduct risk assessments, investigations and audits, and mentor site teams. A civil engineering degree and 10–15 years in QHSE are required; NEBOSH or IOSH preferred.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant QHSE experience.
• Proven experience in a QHSE managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, auditing, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Good understanding of construction site operations and QHSE practices.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage both office and field responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental activities across construction projects and company operations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor QHSE policies, procedures, and management systems to ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and project requirements.
• Manage both office-based and on-site responsibilities to ensure consistent QHSE performance.
