Job summary

JASARA Program Management Company seeks an experienced HSE Leader to develop and implement policies, lead risk assessments, audits, and investigations, and drive companywide safety initiatives. You will mentor teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and report performance to senior leadership.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 15+ years of HSE management experience in construction, and strong knowledge of global standards. English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in construction.
• Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Certifications in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 14001) are highly desirable.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE policies procedures and best practices to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead the HSE team in risk assessments audits and inspections to identify hazards and mitigation.
• Provide strategic direction and management for HSE initiatives across projects and departments.
• Facilitate incident investigations identify root causes and ensure corrective actions.
• Organize and deliver HSE training programs for employees and subcontractors.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of HSE regulations and industry trends.
• Prepare and present reports on HSE performance to senior management.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate HSE into planning and execution.
