Job summary

Hudson Manpower Inc. Lead QA/QC Engineer owns the quality system for shutdowns, turnarounds and project work at Saudi Aramco facilities.

You will set up and obtain approval for quality documentation before mobilization, lead the QC team and welder resources on site, and act as the single contact for Aramco inspection through to the final QC dossier. The role requires 8–10 years in Oil & Gas QA/QC and experience on shutdowns, with API 510/570, CSWIP 3.1 or AWS CWI certifications.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of QA/QC in Oil & Gas.
• Shutdowns or major projects as QC lead.
• Experience with Aramco inspection (SATIP / SAIC).
• Certification: API 510, API 570, CSWIP 3.1 (or AWS CWI).
• Proven repair procedure writing for static equipment and piping.

Responsibilities

• Pre-mobilization: prepare FQAP, ITPs, procedures and QC org chart; obtain Aramco approval.
• Site execution: inspect equipment to ASME VIII Div.1 and API 510; manage welding/QC activities.
• Close-out: compile QC dossier, issue test packs, review NDE; report KPIs and lessons learned.
