Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Lead QA Engineer for a site-based Construction Supervision team in Riyadh. You will lead quality systems, audits, and performance reporting on a landmark development, ensuring compliance with client standards and project procedures.

You will mentor junior QA staff, coordinate with engineering, testing, and handover activities, and drive continual improvement across the programme by applying ISO 9001 principles in a demanding, multi-disciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and construction supervision.
• Experience on large-scale, multidisciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality systems development and audits.
• Manage QA/QC programs and document control.
• Coordinate with engineering, testing, commissioning, and handover teams.
• Produce quality performance reports and dashboards.
• Mentor junior QA staff and drive continuous improvement.
