Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of QA/QC experience in construction/infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 3 years in a senior, lead, or supervisory quality role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and Project Quality Management Systems.
• Solid understanding of SAudi Building Code, ASTM, ACI, AWS.
• Experience reviewing submittals, ITPs, method statements, NCRs.
• Ability to lead audits, fix non-conformances, improve contractor compliance.
• Fluent Arabic with strong English for technical reporting.
• Proficient with quality software, digital inspection tools, BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and improvement of the Project Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001:2015.
• Guide quality planning across infrastructure packages, ensuring traceable inspection/testing processes.
• Plan and lead internal and external quality audits with actions and closure verification.
• Review and approve ITPs, method statements, submittals, and quality procedures.
• Evaluate contractor quality performance and identify gaps in compliance.
• Lead investigations into major quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Provide quality reports and risk insights to senior management.
• Mentor junior QA/QC staff to improve technical consistency.
