Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior Site QA/QC Manager to lead the quality function on a major project in Saudi Arabia. The role requires directing Quality Managers, ensuring consistency of QA activities, and backing up leadership during absences.

You will own the Project Quality Plan, drive lessons learned, and mentor deputies through audits and inspections of contractor activities, ensuring alignment with project specs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in a quality role.
• Broad knowledge of quality requirements across foundations, structures, roadworks, utilities and MEP.
• Lead QA/QC role on a high-value programme of works.
• Expert knowledge of construction quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall consistency of quality supervision.
• Line manager of Quality Managers.
• Backup of Quality Managers during their leave/absences.
• Collation and reporting of quality KPIs monthly with support from Reporting Specialist.
• Owner of Project Quality Plan & Lesson Learned.
• Mentor deputies for quarterly audits of Contractors, campaigns and focused inspections.
• Review of select Contractor Quality documents as Final Approver.
• Mentor and monitor performance of Quality Managers.
