Responsibilities

• Lead owner-side QC oversight across multiple construction packages, zones, and disciplines.
• Verify contractor compliance with approved quality plans, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Provide senior QC authority during critical construction activities and inspections.
• Monitor hold and witness points, ensure proper management and closure before work proceeds.
• Review contractor QC structures, staffing, and field deployment.
