Job summary

BDP International in Saudi Arabia seeks a Projects & Heavy Lifts Product Manager to drive business development across Oil & Gas, Energy, and Construction, and to lead cross-functional teams on complex lifting and transport projects.

You will nurture key client relationships, coordinate vendor sourcing and pricing, and oversee budgets, schedules, risk management, and compliant execution to meet customer expectations and company goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project and heavy lift transport / oil & gas, Energy EPC, or construction verticals.
• Operations background with pricing, procurement and commercial experience.
• Excellent knowledge of KSA markets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business from Oil & Gas, Energy, Construction, and other industrial verticals in KSA.
• Nurture and develop relationships with existing and key customers.
• Attend face-to-face meetings with clients.
• Vendor sourcing, procurement of rates and solutions for customer requests.
• Identify project risks and recommend resolutions.
• Submit quotes, proposals, method statements and transportation plans for prospective and existing clients.
• Onsite supervision of loading/unloading, packing, and coordination of project moves.
• Develop project budget in consideration with cost optimization and reduction goals.
• Ensure project execution within defined budget and timelines.
• Manage project team (Vendor) to execute operations project effectively and efficiently.
• Conduct regular project status meetings with project team.
• Address questions and concerns of project team, management, and customers in professional and confident manner.
• Provide project progress status to customers in timely manner.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet customer expectations.
• Provide support and guidance to project team as and when needed.
• Ensure compliance with all internal procedures as well as all government regulations.
