Job summary

Mammoet Saudi Arabia is seeking a Sales Manager for heavylift and transport projects to drive growth across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, Infrastructure and Industrial sectors.

You will build strong client relationships, identify opportunities, review technical requirements, and lead commercial negotiations end-to-end. This role requires deep market knowledge of Saudi Arabia's industrial landscape and the ability to coordinate across Engineering, Operations and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial Management.
• Background in heavy lifting, specialized transportation, or related sectors.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and client-relations skills.
• Ability to interpret technical scopes and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage business opportunities across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, Infrastructure, and Industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, EPC contractors, project owners, and key stakeholders.
• Identify upcoming projects, shutdowns, turnarounds, and heavy lift or transportation opportunities.
• Review RFQs, scopes of work, drawings, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
• Work with Engineering and Operations to develop safe, practical, and competitive execution solutions.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract clarifications.
• Manage the sales pipeline, CRM updates, forecasts, and opportunity follow-up.
• Ensure proper commercial and technical handover of awarded projects to the execution team.
• Monitor market developments, competitors, and upcoming project opportunities.
• Support achievement of sales, order intake, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Represent Mammoet during client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and industry events.
