Job summary

PSA BDP in Saudi Arabia seeks a Project and Heavy Lift Manager to lead commercial development, bidding, planning and execution of complex project cargo movements. You will ensure safe, timely delivery while managing budgets, teams and regional stakeholder relations.

The role requires 8–10 years in project logistics, strong leadership, and a solid commercial background in tendering and contract negotiations, with fluency in English and Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in logistics, supply chain, eng or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in project logistics, heavy lift, or complex transportation operations.
• Proven leadership with responsibility for business performance and team management.
• Strong commercial background with tendering, pricing and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and commercial management for Projects & Heavy Lift.
• Oversee planning and execution of project cargo, heavy lift, and multimodal transport.
• Manage budgets, revenue targets, gross profit and operating costs.
• Lead the team, set objectives and ensure safety, compliance and risk controls.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to implement MEA strategy and win new opportunities.
