Job summary

PSA International in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Project Manager for Oil & Gas, Energy EPC, and heavy lift transport projects. You will lead vendor sourcing, procurement, budgeting, and on-site coordination to ensure timely delivery within budget.

The role requires strong client relationship management and the ability to adapt to changing policies and regulatory requirements in KSA. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of project leadership in energy or construction verticals, deep market

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional qualifications in supply chain management will be helpful.
• Experience of minimum 10 years in a project and heavy lift transport/oil & gas, Energy EPC, construction verticals.
• Operations background with pricing, procurement and commercial experience.
• Excellent knowledge of KSA markets.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business from Oil & Gas, Energy, Construction, and other industrial verticals in KSA.
• Nurture and develop relationships with existing and key customers.
• Attend face-to-face meetings with clients.
• Vendor sourcing, procurement of rates and solutions for customer requests.
• Identify project risks and recommend resolutions.
• Submit quotes, proposals, method statements and transportation plans.
• Provide onsite support in supervision of loading/unloading, packing, and project moves.
• Develop project budget with cost optimization in mind.
• Ensure project execution within defined budget and timelines.
• Manage project team (Vendor) to execute operations effectively.
• Conduct regular project status meetings with the project team.
• Address questions and concerns of project team, management, and customers.
• Provide project progress status to customers in a timely manner.
• Ensure deliverables meet customer expectations.
• Provide support and guidance to project team as needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and government regulations.
