Job summary

Parsons seeks a Project Manager - Entertainment Development in Riyadh to lead end-to-end delivery of complex entertainment and related infrastructure within a large-scale program. You will coordinate design, planning, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality targets are met while managing diverse stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring ~10 years of large-project experience and PMI/PRINCE2 familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field required.
• Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure and mixed-use developments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through completion including design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, roadmaps and milestones.
• Coordinate interfaces among entertainment assets, infrastructure and residential communities.
• Monitor schedules, budgets and contractor performance; escalate risks as needed.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance across project activities.
