Job summary

L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across EPC and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality.

You will lead risk management, stakeholder communications, and compliance with Saudi regulations and client requirements, while driving safety culture and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and extensive project management experience.
• Experience leading EPC and large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and risk mitigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project teams, manage deliverables, ensure quality standards, and oversee ERP projects.
• Lead site execution of power and infrastructure projects, manage budgets, ensure compliance with safety standards, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Manage construction and swimming pool projects, ensuring compliance with regulations while leading teams and coordinating with stakeholders across Saudi Arabia.
• Plan and execute turnarounds and shutdowns, ensuring resource management, safety compliance, and effective communication with a focus on risk assessment.
