Qualifications

• Proven experience in Project Management or related function.
• Experience working with corporate and/or government entities is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate and support project activities throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Provide project administration, coordination and operational support.
• Prepare reports, documentation, presentations and status updates.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, project teams and external partners.
• Support resource planning, task allocation and project follow-up.
• Provide onsite project coordination and operational support when required.
• Support PMO activities, governance processes and reporting.
• Identify potential risks and help develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure activities align with scope, timelines and quality standards.
