• Proven experience in Project Management or related function.
• Experience working with corporate and/or government entities is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate and support project activities throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Provide project administration, coordination and operational support.
• Prepare reports, documentation, presentations and status updates.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, project teams and external partners.
• Support resource planning, task allocation and project follow-up.
• Provide onsite project coordination and operational support when required.
• Support PMO activities, governance processes and reporting.
• Identify potential risks and help develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure activities align with scope, timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the Assigned Role

• Manage coordinate and support project activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and maintain project plans schedules timelines and deliverables
• Monitor project progress milestones risks issues and dependencies
• Provide project administration coordination and operational support
• Prepare project reports documentation presentations and status updates
• Coordinate with clients stakeholders project teams and external partners
• Support resource planning task allocation and project follow-up
• Provide onsite project coordination and operational support when required
• Support PMO activities governance processes and reporting
• Identify potential risks and support the development of mitigation plans
• Ensure project activities are delivered in line with agreed scope timelines and quality standards

Requirements

• Saudi National.
• Proven professional experience in Project Management or a related function.
• Relevant experience in one or more of the areas listed above.
• Experience working with corporate and/or government entities is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within project teams.
• Experience in the GCC market is an advantage.
• Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or equivalent is an advantage.
