Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in Project Management or a related function.
• Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with corporate and/or government entities is preferred.
• Experience in the GCC market is an advantage.
• Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or equivalent is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, and support project activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Provide project administration, coordination, and operational support.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, presentations, and status updates.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, project teams, and external partners.
• Support resource planning, task allocation, and project follow-up.
• Provide onsite project coordination and operational support when required.
• Support PMO activities, governance, processes, and reporting.
• Identify potential risks and support the development of mitigation plans.
• Ensure project activities are delivered in line with agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.

Job Summary

SkillUp MENA is expanding its network of experienced Project Management professionals to support the successful planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of projects across the Kingdom.

We are looking for experienced Saudi professionals across different Project Management, PMO, administration, coordination, planning, controls, and project operations functions . Selected professionals will have the opportunity to collaborate with our team on various corporate, academic, and government projects, either on-site or remotely, depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities (Depending on the Assigned Role)

• Manage, coordinate, and support project activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, and deliverables.

• Provide project administration, coordination, and operational support.
