Job summary

WSP Middle East is seeking an experienced Project Controls/ Planning Manager to join the supervision team for an major infrastructure development at King Abdullah Economic City, Saudi Arabia.

You will lead the project controls and planning function, ensuring effective programme management, schedule control, progress measurement, reporting, risk monitoring, and coordination across contractors and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading project controls and planning for large infra projects.
• Strong track record in schedule management and progress reporting.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple contractors and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls and planning function for the INFRA project.
• Ensure effective programme management and schedule control.
• Coordinate progress measurement and regular reporting to stakeholders and sponsors.
• Monitor risks and implement mitigation actions.
• Work with contractors and internal teams to align schedules and milestones.
