Job summary

Hill International (Middle East) Ltd. in Jeddah is seeking an experienced Project Director to manage development and implementation of project plans, schedules, budgets, and objectives for large-scale infrastructure and city development programs.

You will coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery. The role requires deep knowledge of project management processes, risk mitigation, and the ability to engage government entities and utility providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• 15+ years experience in large-scale infrastructure or city development projects.
• Experience with major government and/or semi-government program and projects implementations.
• Extensive Experience in the project management of water and wastewater works.
• Knowledge of professional project management processes and procedures.
• Experience of implementing a zero accident philosophy.
• A record of engagement with government entities / utility providers.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of project management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• A record of engagement with government entities / utility providers. Proven track record of successfulproject management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, budgets and objectives.
• Monitor and control project progress and performance; coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time within scope and within budget; develop scopes and objectives with stakeholders.
• Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies; ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Use verification techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule and costs; report to management as needed.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and team members to meet project objectives; monitor costs and ensure cost efficiency.
• Provide regular reports on project progress and performance; ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation; provide technical guidance and support to team members.
