Job summary

Hill International, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure or city development programs in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

You will manage scope, schedule, and budget, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and drive safe, on-time delivery of complex projects including water and wastewater works. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of relevant experience, strong governance with government entities, and expert knowledge of project management processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years experience in large-scale infrastructure or city development projects.
• Experience with major government programs and projects implementations.
• Extensive experience in water and wastewater project management.
• Knowledge of professional project management processes and procedures.
• Experience implementing a zero-accident philosophy.
• Engagement with government entities / utility providers.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Monitor progress and performance; ensure delivery on time, scope and budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution.
• Develop project scopes with stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
• Analyze risks and mitigate; ensure resource availability.
• Control changes to scope, schedule and costs; verify outcomes.
• Measure performance using appropriate systems and techniques; report to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards; maintain documentation.
