Job summary

Alrabiah Consulting Engineers seeks a seasoned project engineer/manager to oversee full lifecycle support from concept through to handover for major projects in Saudi Arabia. The role includes FEED oversight, cost and schedule management, and coordination with KJO and other stakeholders.

Candidates should have at least 10 years in engineering for similar projects, with 5+ years in project engineering and management within Saudi Aramco or affiliates, and hold PMP/PMI certifications or equivalents.

Qualifications

• 10 years in the field of Engineering for similar projects.
• At least 5 years of direct experience in project engineering and management within Saudi Aramco or any of its affiliates.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP and PMI are required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide full project lifecycle support covering all phases from Conceptual/Pre-FEED through to project handover.
• Oversee Front End Engineering Design (FEED) deliverables, cost estimates, schedules and proposals.
• Coordinate with KJO and relevant stakeholders across all project phases and ensure compliance with SAES and KJO specifications.
• Prepare technical reviews and progress updates to track project status and performance.

Job description

Provide full project lifecycle support covering all phases including Conceptual amp Pre-FEED Support development of project concepts feasibility studies scope of work preparation and Design Basis Scoping Paper DBSP review FEED Review and oversee Front End Engineering Design deliverables cost estimates schedule development and project proposals submitted by KJO or AGOC contractors Detail Engineering Review and oversee detailed engineering drawings calculations specifications material requisitions and vendor documents to ensure compliance with SAES and KJO specifications Tendering Support preparation of tender packages bid evaluation technical clarifications and contractor pre-qualification activities Construction amp Commissioning Oversee construction supervision activities monitor contractor performance review variation orders and coordinate pre-commissioning and commissioning activities through to Mechanical Completion Project Closeout Review and verify as-built documentation Project Record Books and final handover packages in compliance with applicable Saudi Aramco standards and procedures Coordination with KJO and relevant stakeholders on all project phases prepare technical reviews and progress

Minimum Experience / Requirements:

10 years in the field of Engineering for similar projectsAt least 5 years of direct experience in project engineering and management within Saudi Aramco or any of its affiliates.In addition, the candidate should have the relevant certifications such as PMP and PMI etc.
