Job summary

Egis in Riyadh seeks a Project Controls Manager to lead planning, cost control, and earned value management across projects, ensuring alignment with scope, programme, and budget.

You will develop and maintain the Integrated Master Programme, manage EVM systems, produce monthly reports, and mentor the project controls team on major stadium or comparable developments in the region. You will present performance to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Project Controls function.
• Develop, maintain the Integrated Master Programme and baselines.
• Establish and maintain WBS, CBS, OBS and control account structures.
• Manage the Earned Value Management (EVM) system including PV, EV, AC, CPI, SPI, EAC.
• Prepare monthly project controls reports, dashboards and progress analyses.
• Provide forecasting of time, cost, resources and completion.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Risk, Planning and PM teams for integrated controls.
• Monitor variations, change orders, risks and opportunities.
• Mentor the Project Controls team and standardize processes.
• Present performance and forecasts to Project Director and senior management.
