Job summary

Omrania is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead the project controls function for major stadium or complex sports-venue developments in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on planning, cost control, schedule integration, EVM, and forecasting, driving data-driven decisions for leadership and client reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant project controls experience.
• Strong and practical knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) is mandatory.
• Experience implementing and managing EVM systems (PV, EV, AC, CPI, SPI, EAC).
• Strong understanding of project governance, reporting and controls procedures.
• Advanced Excel skills and dashboards/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Controls function across planning, scheduling, cost control and reporting.
• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Programme and baselines.
• Establish WBS, CBS, OBS and control account structures.
• Manage Earned Value Management system including PV, EV, AC, CPI, SPI and EAC.
• Prepare monthly controls reports, dashboards, S-curves and critical path analyses.
• Forecast time, cost, resources and project completion.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Risk, Planning, Design and Project Management teams.
